TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Consultation fees are billed at $100 per hour (including consultation, trip planning, itineraries, property searches, reservations, etc.). For properties that are not on website, a retainer for a property search is $500, to be deducted from total rental cost.
For vacation rentals and hotels, a deposit of 50% of the total cost shall be paid if the booking is made more than eight weeks prior to the intended start date. The balance shall be paid no later than eight weeks before the start date and shall be of the essence for the payment of the balance. If the balance is not so paid by the date due, Wanderlust shall be at liberty to treat such non payment as a repudiation of this agreement by the client and the deposit shall be forfeited without prejudice to the Company's legal right to claim the balance of the total fee. If a booking is made less than eight weeks prior to the start date, then the whole sum shall be paid.
In the event of cancellation by the client, Wanderlust must be notified immediately in writing and the date of cancellation shall be the date upon which such notice is received by the Company. Travelers insurance is encouraged to cover illness or family emergency.
In addition, client releases Wanderlust from any and all liability relating to properties, premises and travel.
The following cancellation charges shall apply:
