WANDERLUST initial consultation fees are established at $100 per hour.  Other fees are noted under WANDERLUST SERVICES.  Payment is accepted by PayPal online. A deposit of 25% is required for reserving most hotels and bed & breakfast inns.  In the event of trip cancellation, WANDERLUST consultation fees will not be refunded.  Hotels may require a one night fee penalty if canceled within two weeks prior to arrival.  For other cancellation policies for castle and apartments, please refer to “Terms & Conditions”. For “Itinerary Planning” Services, a deposit of 50% of total fees is required to begin planning itinerary. Total costs of "Itinerary Planning" are payable no later than 2 weeks prior to trip departure.  A deposit of 15% of one day's rate for Tour Guide and/or Driver is required to reserve them, and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If cancellation occurs within one week of engagement, a full day's rate will be charged. Travelers are encouraged to purchase Traveler's insurance. Although Drivers are insured, please provide a waiver of personal liability insurance against Tour Guide/Driver. When in Europe, payment in Euros is required.
